This week has seen the 14th Beavers and Cubs celebrate Chinese New Year by making traditional Chinese lanterns, learning Chinese calligraphy and zodiacs, trying Chinese New Year pudding and sweets etc. They even got a red pocket to take home, as a symbol of blessing from the Leaders!
The 14th and 26th Cambridge Scouts joined forces this summer and spent 2 weeks in Guernsey. The 14th Beavers had a fantastic night trying out circus skills with Emma from Right Side Up Circus. We learned simple tricks with spinning plates and flower sticks and all our Beavers loved it!
